At Purea Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your stainless steel jewelry or accessories, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at pureastore@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
